Hello,

Can anyone offer advice on the correct way to bill the following please?

The matter was in the Magistrates Court and was  a stand-alone application by the police for a SHPO. RO granted and the application was opposed and the order granted in part.

Is this billed as a fixed fee in the Mags, or on an hourly rate as a PROC, or something entirely different?

Any advice would be much appreciated.
