Oh joy – well I suppose this is open and transparent engagement.
Now that you can put a name and telephone number to a case best of luck in the hope that one of the names will be in the office and answering the phone.
For those members who are at the end of their frustration as I commented before last week at least you have a name of a senior official to personalise the letter of complaint.
