Dear All

I have a client who has had is driving licence revoked following a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s Disease and a driving assessment by DVLA which he failed.

Before anyone says this is not promising the client is adamant he wishes to Appeal.

Can anyone recommend an expert who could undertake an assessment of his driving – in effect repeating the assessment conducted DVLA so we can argue he had an off day?
