I am surpised they have not done your client for drug driving under s5A as the legal limit is 2mg in 1000/ml of blood – the advisory commit recommended 5pm but the home office ignored them.

We have a case where the client has been accused of impaired driving due to trace of cannabis in his bloodstream.
Part of the Police evidence is a sobriety test taken at the relevant police station.
Does anyone know of an expert that can evaluate the sobriety test independently and advise/give evidence if necessary regarding said sobriety test?
