If a member uses this platform to find cover for a hearing or an attendance for an interview we would ask them to declare when the matter is not funded by legal aid. Clearly this is relevant information to what price an agent is willing to accept for the work.

This wasn’t a matter raised in the Guide document for using this email but we hope you will agree this is sensible and fair way of treating each other.
