Dear members,

I have a client languishing in HMP since July this year.

He is the subject of three extradition warrants from two competing countries. Two of them are EAWs from the same country, the third is from a part 2 country. He has consented to being extradited to country with the EAWs. It happens to be his own country. The court has ordered his extradition in relation to these EAWs. He remains in custody because the Secretary of State has to decide which of the two competing countries should have him. He opposes extradition to the third part 2 country. The court has been chasing the Home Office for a decision without success. Does anybody know how we can have the decision expedited please? Whom do we write to with such request?  Many thanks.
