Please someone help me. I am trying to apply for representation Order for POCA proceedings for my client who was represented by another Firm at the trial stage(using legal aid). I am unsure how to apply for representation Order. Is POCA
proceedings covered under the representation Order granted at trial stage? Can I apply using the Online CRM14?
