Crown Court Billing - Litigator’s Fee and Special Preparation

The workshop will provide delegates with:

 

An overview of the LGFS processing team and how work is allocated, undertaken and quality audited

The scope of LGFS; covering common reject and assessment reasons; detailing how these can be avoided on your claims

The criteria and assessment process for claims where electronic material is sought as PPE under the LGFS scheme

The criteria and assessment process for litigator special preparation applications

There will be time after the presentation set aside for Q&As and after the session Jen will be on hand to discuss any case specific queries that you may have’

 

This workshop is free to LCCSA Members and will cost £10 for Non Members.
