We’ve been called by the court about a potential client at HCMC for assault. This is a first appearance and they are currently in the cells. We don’t know if there’s eligible for legal aid. Would any agents at HCMC this morning be able to go to the cells and check for us?

If they are eligible, we’d instruct whoever we ask to check.
