I'm not going to name any names (and this person will know who they are), but I was court duty recently when I signed in just before 9.30 am. I walked into the building immediately behind another duty solicitor who had also just arrived. As I signed in, I saw that this solicitor had put themselves as arriving at 9 am. We are constantly being undermined and distrusted by the powers that be. If this sort of behaviour takes place by just a very few, we will all be tarred by the same brush and we will all suffer. Can we all please strive to maintain our integrity and honesty as decent and trustworthy solicitors. Thank you.
