I understand there was some confusion last week with Duty Solicitors attending City of London when actually they should still be going to Westminster for the time being.
Please see the message below from the LAA:-
The City of London crime work has not moved back to City of London Magistrates. HMCTS are still waiting for a decision to be made in reference to this. The duties will therefore continue to be required at Westminster Magistrates and not City of London Magistrates until further notice.
The court have said they will provide notification once a decision has been made.
