I have been asked to find a solicitor to represent a man who is due in court tomorrow for committal application – non means, non merits legal aid and I have the committal application needed to submit legal aid.
Needs a solicitor who can take this on. Sounds as if client may well have capacity issues as his finances are managed by Local Authority.
Is there anyone who has time to take this on and able to represent him tomorrow?
