A Police station just being used as a convenient location would not trigger entitlement to non-means tested advice.

 

The subject would either need to be under arrest or a Police Officer present in the interview.

That is capped at £99pw, so if not feasible CRM11 is claimable if interviewed by police or at a police station under PACE rules. Try asking the investigator to borrow an interview room at a local police station.
