Care needed that it is not a compelled enforcement interview (which most seem to be) which would not be of a suspect.

 

It doesn’t to imagine many people subject to FCA investigations qualifying financially for Green Form advice but could if they lost their job, I suppose.

We have a client who has been requested by the FCA to attend voluntary interview under caution. Does this type of interview still entitle us to claim legal aid payment should we attend to represent?
