Very true .. but no one has ever cared about our shift working , exposure to risk ( eg.tb ) , which is reflected in our poor working environments , the toilets , interviewing in corners and corridors , working through lunch , no canteens , inaccessible courts and prisons with long difficult journeys , inadequate lockers , prison lockdowns  and endless cuts .. cuts cuts ...

I notice that quite a few of the respondents are like me in the high risk age group - we always seem to be well represented in the courts and in police stations - funny that!

 

Extraordinary that there is not a word about the safety of this work force.
