Dear David,

Thank you for your enquiry regarding our prison video link service.

We can provide you with a secure web link or app, that will enable you to see and hear the prison booth from a laptop, tablet or smart phone. The service is very easy to use, but please note there may be a delay in the transmission of 1-2 seconds, due to the nature of the connection (please note that the we cannot guarantee availability at the moment due to high demand, and will advise on availability when we receive your request).

The service is used on a PAYG basis, and the cost is £40 per hour + VAT. Please find attached a copy of our terms and conditions.

Once a video link has been booked with the prison, we just need to know which booth has been allocated. All you need to do is click on the web link we provide, or open the app, and enter the unique meeting ID.

I do hope our service is of interest, and if you wish to proceed with a booking, please can you send through the following information –

-       Date
-       Time slot
-       Which prison
-       Booth number
-       Confirmation that we should invoice your firm following the link. Our payment terms are 30 days.
