10.67 Where proceedings in a magistrates’ court have not been concluded but a warrant of arrest has been issued, a Claim for costs in respect of work done under a Representation Order must be made not earlier than six weeks and not later
than 19 weeks from the date of issue of the warrant. A supplemental Claim may be made for any further work undertaken after the original Claim has been submitted if the Client is arrested or surrenders. The original Claim will then be recalculated.

Case finished 18 months ago, after warrant issued. Been billed.
Can someone else now apply for legal aid?
Do we have to attend if warrant now being executed?
