In normal times we put up, and most often, sacrifice freedoms routinely in what is broadly described as  "in the interest of justice” . With the present situation, it is important, we make some important, vital and urgent changes as the interest of justice test has to run parallel with and has to be superseded by interest of our society as we know it.

The government is doing what it can but the message is not filtering through to the relief sergeants and when the hand over is done the sergeants or inspector or whoever is in charge has to give proper guidance to ALL the staff.

The reason is that if the numbers are not kept to a manageable amount ,next week or the week after the number of deaths is going to increase. Please watch the video attached. It is mathematics or statistics ,call it what you will, the maths is not wrong and the science is not wrong. The rest of the information available on the internet can be ignored but this cannot. 

The changes have to happen today. NOT tomorrow. Not after a serious review by someone in a week! I had two police station calls yesterday. One in Barking and one in Leyton. The police, bless them, and they might need some blessings too, were acting as if nothing is going on. Please watch the video and see that until day 54 of a 60 day period the percentage of people infected will still be 1%. Then it rises to a peak and unless we flatten the curve, we are going to have tragic consequences not seen since the Black Death or worse! Remember from history-all the lawyers perished in the Black Death .
