The Law Society has now created a form to enable Solicitors to promptly report examples of where Police Stations and Courts are failing to follow the national interview protocol and/or government advice to the detriment of solicitors’ safety.

The examples you provide will be brought to the attention of both national and local policy makers and operation staff by The Law Society on your behalf in regular ongoing meetings.
In addition to completing this form, we encourage members to continue to make your own complaints to duty Inspectors as and when problems arise, as well as keeping clear contemporaneous notes for your own records.
