Hi All,
Just wondering if anyone has managed to remotely attend clients in Scrubs since visits were cancelled? The prison are telling us there are still no facilities in place for this at all and that those in the legal visits department have turned
their phones off, whilst a CC judge is telling me that the prison do have VL slots available to solicitors, albeit at 8.30am and in the evenings (not that I have anywhere to link in from at those times, much less with an interpreter). Maybe I’m not using the
magic words when I call the prison? Grateful for any help / suggestions.
Thanks,
Becky.
