Weve been using Patem- at cost of £40 ph- to facilitate video conference also at wandsworth and other prisons…. so would be good to know if prisons (or some) now set up with Skype and no fee involved as have no personal experience of that…

Has anyone conducted one of these yet? I have been sent a Skype link, which is different to how it works for Wandsworth.

Do I still need to book with a bridging company in those circumstances or do I click the link they sent me and join without anything else?

The phone operator didn’t think so but sounded a bit vague, it is booked from a national booking centre in Birmingham.
