Good morning members,
I have a question for extradition specialists.
I have a client who was convicted of an offence in his country of domicile (Poland). He managed to leave Poland and lives in the UK with his family.
Is there any possibility he could serve the custodial sentence he faces in Poland, in the UK?
I’d be grateful for any advice.
Kind regards,
Ola Amosu
