I do not believe LH has CVP capability yet.

I am not local so will be corrected if more local firms know better.

Paul, I suggest writing to cvp.lavenderhill@justice.gov.uk and set a delivery and read receipt to check if it exits. Please share your findings.

 

Finally, I share again the response to our demands for change last week that came from HMCTS.

If you go to the annex you can see lists with bullet points and arrows.  Though opaque it seems the bullet points are currently available and arrows are their intentions going forward.
