I have just received the bizarre response below to a formal request signed by the Client confined to disclosure of the name of the Duty Solicitor that acted for him.


There seems to be a fundamental refusal to comply with GDPR. I have complained to their Data Controller but am wondering about involving the ICO.

I have also spoken to custody and they have no record of this on their systems.

If you have received an email asking you to send funds to a different bank account to one that we may have given you previously, it is likely that the email could be from another person who has hacked in to your email account and is trying to commit a crime by defrauding you of your money.
