P.S. There is no provision to allow fares from home if working from home other than as a temporary Coronavirus concession.

The Statutory Instrument excludes fares for Court Duty Solicitors other than on non-working days or if called in.

With the provision that if we are working from home we can claim mileage from home, rather than office, for courts etc…does anyone know/have a view whether that means we can claim mileage on weekday court duty solicitor attendance?
