I didn't know Julian Young personally, although his was a name I'd heard innumerable times. It's been hard to not be moved by all the messages I've seen on here and other group chats.

It does make one feel that no matter how underpaid or underappreciated we are as lawyers, or how much the job beats us down over time, or how futile it can all feel - if you can leave an impact as Mr Young, Mr Amin and others have left on their colleagues, it would be a career well worked and time well spent.

I think it would be nice if we could all perhaps collaborate on a message book or something for the two families. I'm sure they would be moved and would appreciate it.

As I said, I never met either Mr Young or Mr Amin, and I'm sure it would be hard to organise a message book.  Perhaps an online dedication page would be easier and more apt? I'm not sure if or how that would be done.

Just the sheer amount of messages and well wishes sent for Mr Young and Mr Amin makes me want to do something for their families so that they can see the impact these men left on everyone.

Dear members,
Does anyone know where we can send a card to Julian's family?
