Subject: MC Sending Fee
Can anybody assist with the Sending Fee where a client elects? I have seen reference to it not applying to cases where the client elects CC Trial. However, looking at the guidance (at 3.14A) it makes no specific reference although it says
the fee is payable upon Sending. I assume that means it doesn’t apply to those who elect but just wanted to be sure. Anyone?
