Bill was a quite redoubtable advocate
I recall one story when he was about to make an application, and the Judge said to him what Order shall I make Mr. Nash!!
I send my condolences to his family.

Very sorry to hear that. He was always there for advice or just a good laugh about the state of the system.

Sad news indeed, that IS the end of an era.

A good man and a frighteningly good lawyer.

My best wishes to his family

We are sorry to share the sad news that Bill Nash , who many will know passed away on Monday 27th December .

He  was well known across  North London Magistrates’ Courts  and The  Crown Courts as a fearless advocate always happy to offer his advice and counsel to a junior lawyer.

Sadly for Bill his aim of retiring in October 2021 after completing his 50th Practicing Certificate was undermined by the sudden illness over the summer .

We were fortunate to gather on zoom with him two months ago to toast his retirement and share our memories with him .

Details of any memorial / funeral to follow .

Regards
