I have a billing query.

Client charged with 2 x offensive weapons. Entered guilty plea to one and not guilty to the other.

Prosecution served notice of discontinuance on the one listed for trial. We then applied unsuccessfully to vacate plea on the second matter.

Is this a category 2 or category 1EW case?
