We have a case where police say there is no CCTV of an incident. 

Our client's family member has enquired with one of the local businesses where the incident took place and they say they may have CCTV footage.

Can anyone tell us if there is funding pre charge for us to make our own enquiries or is it just included in the normal police station fixed fee?
