Dear All,

Has anyone had experience of a client, accused of taking MDMA reading 75 so well over limit, challenging that the sample of blood was not his blood via DNA Samples reports.

Any help appreciated.

He was in police station a short time and was coherent and even allowed back his car keys when he left police station.  The reading is high enough that his behaviour should have been affected?
