Thanks for the reply, Harvey.   So there would be no issue claiming for the S38 order on the first job, as it is entirely unrelated to the 2nd job, for which LA was granted subsequently?

Can anyone help?  S38 Order granted to us. Client then gets arrested and charged on a separate matter.  LA lodged and granted to us, as well.  Can we still claim on the S38 given the subsequent rep order?

 

Any guidance would be very much appreciated.
