2. No bail warrant issued at the hearing.

But the defendant is not allowed to appear at Court and apply to withdraw the warrant to avoid arrest !!!!

Instead the defendant is told that the warrant must be executed by the Police which can easily result in 6 hours in custody.

This is totally unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

Anyone who wants to surrender should have their case listed within 24 hours.
