LAA have always argued that if two or more Mags cases for same Def are dealt with and disposed off on the same occasion, one fee is payable. You may be able to claim a higher standard fee if you
meet that threshold.
For Crown Court, you will have two separate S references and each S ref generates a fixed LGFS fee. 2 fees in the Crown Court.

Subject: Billing Query - Magistrates Court
Hi everyone. The client was arrested and charged with fraud by misrep and theft. Pleaded guilty and adjourned for a PSR. Didn't turn up to his sentencing hearing and warrant
issues. 2 months later he is arrested for burglary and the warrant is executed. He pleades guilty to burglary and failing to appear and and all matters committed for sentence. I take it it's one fee in the magistrates court and one committal fee?
thanks
