Happy, prosperous and less stressful new year to you all. Now, please help me. I did a 3 hander benefits fraud matter in a crown court prosecuted by a London Borough. It was not a digital case so I could not retrieve the necessary information and documentation from the digital case system. I was told to get them from the council . I wrote numerous letters to Council but got nothing. The matter still remains unbilled. Can anyone help me with where I can get the relevant information and documentation from? Many thanks.
