CVP requests for the next working day must be sent by 2:30pm to allow us enough time to seek permission from a Judge (if necessary) and liaise with prisons to book the slots. Please note that prisons may not have a slot available and your request may be denied for this reason. Any requests received after 2:30pm may not be dealt with – if you do not receive a response then you must attend.

Bail Variations - Please include views from CPS before submitting your application to the Court.

Adjournments – Please include views from CPS / Defence and an agreed adjournment date before submitting your application to the Court.
