CVP - CVP Links can be found under Section A on the Digital Case System.

CVP requests for the next working day must be sent by 2:30pm to allow us enough time to seek permission from a Judge (if necessary) and liaise with prisons to book the slots. Please note that prisons may not have a slot available and your request may be denied for this reason. Any requests received after 2:30pm may not be dealt with – if you do not receive a response then you must attend.

Bail Variations - Please include views from CPS before submitting your application to the Court.

Adjournments – Please include views from CPS / Defence and an agreed adjournment date before submitting your application to the Court.

Every effort is made to accommodate all requests, however due to the volume we are receiving, we are unable to honour all.
