Good morning,
I just wondered whether any of firms who use LEAP are having issues with it since the mandatory update and whether anyone has found any solutions? We have tried to contact leap with no success.
It will not allow us to do the mandatory update and just fails at the last moment and then when we try to click the icon it says ‘shortcut has been deleted’.
The web version, when we try to select legal aid says error – cannot save and so we are unable to allocate a UFN.
Any suggestions / solutions would be greatly appreciated.
