Fees: Currently £60 plus fares (£75 if Mags court proceedings concluded first appearance ). NB PLEASE NOTE: In view of recent changes to LA fees, from  1.2.25 all Mags/Youth court uncontested cases charged at straight £75 plus fares. Trials by agreement, but generally £150 half day, £200 full day. S38 and other contested matters by agreement.
