Westminster MC was supposedly state of the art just 14 years ago;  now the buckets are out if it rains too hard, the toilets may or may not be functioning; one of the two lifts has been out of order for about 6 months and the other periodically breaks down. As for the 'state of the art advocates room' - that has been reduced from something decent to the size of a cell at Wandsworth Police Station.
