Hi everyone.

In April my client appeared in custody 1st appearance in the magistrates court, charged with blackmail and PWITS for which he had been RUI until he was charged at the same time as he was charged with the blackmail. He pleaded guilty to PWITS and not guilty to blackmail.  I do have 2 legal aid certificates.

Am I able to claim to two fees or one?
