The Committee of the LCCSA are constantly looking for ways to add value to your membership of the Association and with that in mind it is trialing a new members’ eGroup. If you email members@mail.lccsa.org.uk your email will reach the whole of the membership, or at least all those members who have not “opted-out”. This email is a good example of what to expect and if you were to reply to it (I am not suggesting that you do), all of the membership will see your response!
We hope that this members’ eGroup will help facilitate discussion of issues amongst our members, and also provide an easy way for members to find cover for court hearings, police stations, etc. If you have a query and email the group then perhaps another member might be able to help – we want to help our members tap into the power of crowdsourcing!
You have been automatically subscribed to the group but can easily unsubscribe or pause the receipt of emails to the members eGroup by clicking on one of the links below. Note this eGroup is completely separate to the email alerts and news bulletins that your receive from the administrator and committee of the Association. Unsubscribing or pausing delivery of mail to this members’ eGroup will not affect your receipt of the “official” LCCSA communications.
If you have any problems using this service then please do not hesitate to contact me at webmaster@lccsa.org.uk or the Association’s administration at admin@lccsa.org.uk. Remember, we are trialing this service so you may encounter technical issues which we will try to resolve as soon as possible.
I hope it goes without saying but members must not use the eGroup for any unethical or illegal activity, or in violation of another's rights, including, but not limited to, copyrights, trade secrets, and privacy. A member must not transmit or receive any threatening, harassing, libelous or obscene material. A member must not use the eGroup in conjunction with sending Spam and you may not resell the eGroup without the written consent of the President of the Association!
With all that said, I hope you enjoy being a part of the eGroup – who will be the first to post!?
