I am writing to tell you that I am returning to court and Police Station consultancy from Monday 24th April 2017.

I will be available for Magistrates Court and Police Station attendances in North London five days a week during office hours.

I will charge £60 for each Legal Aid remand hearing and will provide you with:

1.  A compliant attendance note detailing all advice given, including advice on sentence and EGPC in all cases and full details for further bail applications;

2.  A signed On-line Legal Aid Declaration; and 

3.  Full financial details (and signed CRM 14 and 15 where necessary), so that you are able to complete the Legal Aid application process or advise the client of your fees for private cases immediately after the hearing.

I am also available to cover privately funded Court and Police Station attendances (fees to be agreed before attendance).
