It’s £182.50 per case uploaded on a spreadsheet to the LAA for payment.
You can not claim any fee if the case continues on legal aid but the times can be incorporated in to your claim.
There is no standby. It’s really more similar to a Police station than Court scheme.
There are very few calls. Most slots produce none. Otherwise it’s mainly people who were unrepresented at the Police Station such as begging or drunk and disorderly primarily
on Central London. They seem to have added Brewery Road so it may get busier.

Subject: Virtual Court Duties
We have a couple of slots this time around – can anyone tell me whether they are paid on a court duty basis or police station basis? ie should my solicitors attend the relevant court and expect to be remunerated under
the scheme for doing so irrespective of the number of VC clients, or should they be on standby to attend when/if they receive a call?
