We have a couple of slots this time around – can anyone tell me whether they are paid on a court duty basis or police station basis? ie should my solicitors attend the relevant court and expect to be remunerated under the scheme for doing so irrespective of the number of VC clients, or should they be on standby to attend when/if they receive a call?
