Hammersmith Duty Solicitor Consultation

The LAA has today opened a consultation on the future of the Hammersmith and inner London Youth court schemes, which can be found here – https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/duty-solicitor-scheme-boundary-consultations

Since the proposed options would have the potential to impact a significant proportion of London Providers we felt it would be appropriate to direct your (LCCSA) attention to this consultation and we’d welcome your views in relation to this. The closing date of the consultation is 11^th August, please feel free to send your comments direct to me and I will ensure that these are feed into the response.
