Dear Kate,

This is exactly the forum to raise such an issue.

I have yet to inspect the new arrangements at Westminster but have already been warned.

I think DELF and the LCCSA should write to the Senior Presiding Magistrate and to a court estate manager at HMCTS.

Can anyone help with a contact for a manager for the London central court group?

Who at DELF should we liaise with?

I represent the LCCSA on a committee at the MOJ dealing with reform of the courts and will raise it as an issue at our next meeting on 12/9 so that they are aware of it at a higher level.

Kind regards,

Mark Troman

We now have a room a fraction of the size with no facilities  and no doubt when we complain we will be told that we are lucky …at highbury they have a shoebox

Once again contempt shown for our role within the court system

Dear all

I apologise for using this email address but does anyone know what happened with regards to the representations about the advocates room at Westminster Mags. It is now closed and we are relegated to a cupboard. DELF (extradition  committee) want to make reps/ a letter- but I think the horse may have bolted on this one or should forces be joined?
