Dear members,
Please see attached a notice from HMCTS regarding reforms to court administration.
The direction of travel is to have greater centralisation of court administration. They intend to roll out online-plea procedures for low level offences and these Courts & Tribunals
Service Centres will be there to provide access to the ‘non-digitally enabled court users’ to adopt their terminology.
From our point of view I would imagine we will communicate with HMCTS at a single location to enquire about all local court hearings.
Kind regards,
Mark Troman
