Does anyone have the details of the MH administrator at Westminster MC (telephone/email)? Or know where in the building their office is?

Alternatively the details of the MH team who attend daily - telephone/email.

My client was psychiatrically assessed last Tuesday, but I do not have a copy of the assessment.
