Subject: MOJ Digital and Technology Team - Survey request - Court Forms

Dear all,

The MOJ Digital and Technology Team are currently reviewing court forms and are asking for your participation in a survey outlined below:-

Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunals Service is currently looking at improving the internal processes relating to court and tribunal forms.

We are seeking to understand how legal professionals use court forms, what issues their encounter and whether their firms amend court forms before integrating them onto their IT systems, if at all.

We would appreciate if you can take part in our online survey and answer a few questions.

The survey should take about 10 minutes to complete. Your feedback is valuable to make the necessary improvements.

Please click on the link below to enter the survey:

 https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/HMCTS1

If you have any questions or would like to find out more about the research please do not hesitate to contact UX researcher Daphne Haitas (daphne.haitas@digital.justice.gov.uk) or content designer Liz Griffin (liz.griffin@digital.justice.gov.uk)

 Many thanks,

 MoJ Digital & Technology

Kind regards

Tash
