See below everyone, does this at all sound familiar, CPS seem to be more worried about an increased PPE and payments to defence lawyers rather than acting in the interests of justice:  #ShameOnThem

HHJ advised:  
"of 'serious miscarriages of justice' when he heard that documents were not always sent to defence lawyers in order to keep costs at a minimum."
